We will be receiving your order during normal working hours 0900-1700 GMT Monday thru Friday. On receipt of your order we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. We will endeavour to contact you by telephone or by email if we are unable to talk to you on the phone.
Normally the Daikin MC707B Air Purifier is held in stock for next working day delivery with delivery made between 0830 - 1700hrs. Replacement filters are also held in stock and these are normally sent to you by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
It is very rare not to have the items in stock but should that situation arise and you are not prepared to wait then we fully understand your position if you wish to cancel and be refunded. If you do decide to cancel we will refund your total purchase price by way of an immediate credit card refund or cheque.
